Coaching

A structured, thoughtful space to work through complexity, build steadiness,
and take meaningful next steps.

What sessions are like

Sessions are conversational, focused, and grounded in real life.

We slow things down enough to see clearly—what’s happening, what matters, and what options are actually available. From there, we work toward decisions and actions that are both realistic and aligned.

Many clients appreciate having something to work with between sessions—whether that’s a book, a simple practice, or a way of approaching a situation differently. I’ll suggest resources when they’re helpful, but they’re always optional.

This is not about quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s about building clarity and capacity over time.

What we work on together

  • Moral clarity
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Thoughtful action
  • Depth without overwhelm

Practical details

Sessions are 45 minutes and typically held by phone or video.

I offer a sliding scale of $90–$150 per session, depending on your situation.

If you book three sessions at a time, I offer a 10% discount.

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what they’re working through.

A note on pacing

Meaningful change usually takes time.

While even a few sessions can be helpful, many clients begin to notice deeper shifts after several weeks of consistent work. If it’s possible for you, I encourage thinking in terms of at least 8–10 sessions as a starting arc.

That said, we’ll always work at a pace that makes sense for you.

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • Are navigating a complex or high-stakes decision
  • Feel stuck between competing internal pulls
  • Want to move away from numbing or avoidance patterns
  • Value depth, but don’t want to feel overwhelmed
  • Are ready to engage honestly, with support

If this feels like the kind of space you’re looking for,
we can start with a free 30-minute conversation.

Who tends to get the most from this work

This work tends to be most effective for people who are willing to engage it actively and honestly.

That often includes people who are:

  • Open to looking at their own patterns—with both honesty and self-respect
  • Willing to take small, concrete steps in the direction of what matters to them
  • Curious about their own reactions, rather than only focused on changing external circumstances
  • Able to hold some compassion for themselves and for others, even when things are difficult
  • Interested in reflection, not just quick answers

You don’t need to have everything figured out. But a willingness to explore, experiment, and adjust over time makes a meaningful difference.
